You can access NHS Wales services such as GP practice online services, NHS 111 Wales health advice and blood and organ donation using the App.

To access NHS Wales App services, you must:

• be registered with a GP practice in Wales
• have a fully verified NHS login
• be aged 16 or over

The Regular Prescription Ordering Service on 01656 311010 is an easy way to order your regular prescription over the phone.

This service is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (except bank holidays).

You will speak to experienced, dedicated, thoroughly trained NHS staff who will have access to your regular prescription records and who can contact your GP immediately if necessary.

Your prescription will be sent to your requested pharmacy within 3 working days. As a result, it is vital that you order your medication in good time to avoid running out. Remember to give your pharmacy time to prepare your prescription once your GP has approved and signed it.

You can also post prescription requests in the dedicated box at the entrance to the surgery. The best way to do this is to use the slip attached to your last prescription and tick the box opposite the necessary medication.
