Ordering a Repeat Prescription
The NHS Wales App
You can access NHS Wales services such as GP practice online services, NHS 111 Wales health advice and blood and organ donation using the App.
To access NHS Wales App services, you must:
- be registered with a GP practice in Wales
- have a fully verified NHS login
- be aged 16 or over

Order your repeat prescription via our online Repeat Prescription form. No account required.
Acute Medications Requests
If you need an acute prescription then please request this using the online form or by ringing the surgery on 01656 754200.
Acute prescriptions will be sent to your nominated pharmacy. It may take up to 72 hours for these requests to be actioned and sent to the local pharmacy so please allow sufficient time for this.
Do not submit an acute medication requests for new or worsening illnesses, instead, call the surgery to arrange a review with the GP.
Questions About Your Prescription
If you have questions about your medicine, your local pharmacists can answer these. They can also answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
The NHS website has information on how your medicine works, how and when to take it, possible side effects and answers to your common questions.
