Patients Responsibilities

It is the patient's responsibility to keep their appointments and to inform the surgery if the appointment cannot be kept.

It is the patient's responsibility to take care of their medication.

Please telephone at the appropriate times for repeat prescriptions and test results.

• Repeat prescriptions: 7am to 5pm
• Test Results: 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Request home visits: only when necessary (preferably before 11 am)

Violent or abusive patients will not be tolerated and the Practice may well remove such patients from the List.
